This Privacy Policy describes the personal information Texas Inference Inc ("Texas Inference" or "we") collects and how we use it. It applies to our website, our reservation and signing pages and our customer accounts (together, the "Services").
1. Scope
1.1 This policy does not apply to content that customers send to a lane or run on a GPU rental ("Customer Content"). Texas Inference processes Customer Content on the customer's behalf under the Data Processing Addendum and has no means to read it. A person whose information appears in Customer Content should contact the customer that submitted it.
1.2 This policy does not apply to other websites linked from ours.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
We operate no tracking or advertising technology. A Do Not Track signal therefore needs no action from us, and we honor it by default.
3. How We Use Information
Texas Inference uses personal information only for these purposes.
- Taking reservations, payments and refunds
- Keeping a record of each signed document
- Providing and billing lanes and GPU rentals
- Answering questions and sending service notices
- Verifying customers as US export control and sanctions law requires
- Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations and protecting our rights
We do not use personal information to train AI models. We send marketing email only on request.
4. How We Share Information
4.1 We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising.
4.2 We share personal information only with the service providers below. Each receives only what its function requires.

4.3 We disclose personal information when the law requires it. We notify you first unless the law forbids notice. If Texas Inference is sold, this policy continues to govern the information the buyer receives.

6. Your Rights
6.1 You may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal information. We respond within 45 days. We may verify your identity first.
6.2 Where the law requires, we keep some records after a deletion request. Billing and signing records are examples.
6.3 Residents of Texas, California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide. Exercising them never changes how we treat a customer. A person whose request we deny may appeal by replying to our decision.

6.5 California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents request a list of the personal information a business disclosed for third party direct marketing. We disclose no personal information for that purpose.
7. Where Information Is Processed
Texas Inference Inc is a United States company. The personal information described in this policy is stored and processed in the United States by Texas Inference and the service providers listed in section 4. Customer Content is processed only in Texas, under the Data Processing Addendum.
8. Security
We protect personal information with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure. We notify affected individuals of a breach as the law requires.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We post every change on this page with a new effective date. We email customers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
