Changes
Texas Inference gives customers at least 30 days notice by email before it adds or replaces a subprocessor, and a customer may object on data protection grounds within that time. Clause 8.4 of the DPA sets out what follows an objection.
The operator of the data center is not a subprocessor. It provides space, power and network, it has no logical access to any server, and it sees no Customer Content. Schedule 2 of the DPA names the facility under the physical control.
