A lane runs one model for your team. A seat is one person. Pay a deposit to be first in line. Sign an MOU to hold a place after the deposits.
What is a seat?
One person on your team. A lane with 50 seats serves 50 people.
How long do you keep our work?
On a persistent lane we keep it only while your team is working. We drop it after an hour with no requests. We also drop it when you release the lane or press Forget now. It lives in encrypted memory and never on a disk. Every drop is wiped and recorded. An ephemeral lane keeps nothing after each request.
How does the refund work?
The deposit is refundable in full until your lane goes live. We take it by ACH because an ACH payment can be refunded in full with no fee. It sits in Stripe until your lane goes live. To get it back, email [email protected]. It goes back to the account you paid from.
What is the difference between a deposit and an MOU?
A deposit puts you first in line. An MOU is not binding and takes no payment. It holds a place after every deposit. You can switch to a deposit at any time.
