This policy is part of the Terms of Service between Texas Inference Inc ("Texas Inference") and the customer. It spells out section 7 of the Terms. If this policy and the Terms disagree, the Terms govern.
1. How we enforce this
We cannot read Customer Content and we do not monitor it. Section 5.4 of the Terms. We act on what we can see: billing records, traffic volumes, attestation results, and reports from other people. We enforce this policy through those signals. We do not inspect what you run.
2. What you may not do
You may not use a lane or a GPU rental to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy
- make or spread malware, or attack or probe any system without the owner's permission
- send spam, run phishing, or impersonate another person or company
- mine cryptocurrency
- develop weapons of mass destruction or missile systems
- produce sexual content involving minors, in any form
- run a system whose failure could cause death or serious injury without a qualified human in control
- harass, threaten, or stalk anyone
3. Protecting the service
You may not:
- try to defeat the confidential computing protections, or tamper with an attestation report
- reverse engineer the service
- share your credentials, API keys, or rental keys, or let anyone outside your organization use your lane or rental
- resell the service without our written consent
- send traffic meant to overload the service or another network
- use a rental to scan, probe, or attack third party systems, or to run an open relay or proxy for others
4. Models
Lanes run open weight models made by third parties. You agree to follow the license of each model you use. We provide that license with your order.
5. Your outputs
AI outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for checking them before you rely on them. That matters most for legal, medical, and financial decisions.
6. What happens when someone breaks this policy
We follow section 9 of the Terms. We give notice and 24 hours to fix the problem first. We skip that notice only when there is an immediate risk to our systems, to other customers, or to legal compliance. We tell you promptly. Suspending a rental stops its virtual machine. Your disk stays encrypted and is not erased.
7. Reporting a violation
Send a report to [email protected] with what you saw and where. Do not send us Customer Content. A report about a security flaw in the service belongs on the responsible disclosure page instead.
